Our Venues
Unique offroad opportunities
Our Churchill venue is amongst 250 acres of mixed terrain within the grounds of The Lyncombe Lodge estate on the edge of the Mendip Hills, boasting stunning views across Somerset and over the Bristol Channel to Wales. One of the main attractions of our site is the range of driving conditions we can provide to test our guests driving skills.
Grassland
Allowing you to explore the handling and speed of our buggies, the grassland provides the ideal surface for unpredictable action requiring a lightening response! The ground will often include both dry and wet areas and adverse cambers, testing and developing your driving skills in a variety of conditions. This area also provides an ideal backdrop to our Archery and Clay pigeon events. Trails Course
This area of the site is based on old mine workings, now heavily wooded providing a test of your throttle control, your ability to listen to instructions, overcome fears, anticipate outcomes and position the vehicle accordingly. Using our specially prepared Trials vehicle how well can you get round our tight course without hitting any of our marker gates? 4x4 Safari
Here you can experience a whole variety of different terrains as you journey through the estate, around large rocks and over fallen trees, through gullies and under low hanging branches. Behind the wheel of either our Camel Trophy Discovery or Defender County 110, you begin an adventure, never quite knowing just what’s around the next corner…………… Quad Safari
Following a tight trail with numerous twists and turns through densely wooded areas, aboard our top of the range, 400cc Honda Fourtracks, there's not many places you can't go. As your confidence and ability grows, so we will tackle more demanding terrain - up slippery slopes and down steep descents, into hollows and over obsticals - you'll have the time of your life. We have a three large and connected disused quarry sites. The slopes provide an ideal location for: Winching competitions
For specialist competitions in prepared vehicles, our quarries offer a range of graded winching opportunities from novice through to international competition level. Rock Crawling
A favourite in the US, our site offers a unique opportunity in the UK to try rock crawling, but only if your vehicle is built for it. Our boulder arena features naturally occuring dolomitic limestone, a version of grit stone, very hard and perfect for rock crawling. Photo shoots

Stay the Night – Our Churchill site rises above the Lyncombe Lodge Hotel but offers you the chance to combine your day’s offroading with a dinner, an overnight stop or even combine business meetings in our conference rooms with an exciting event the following day.
