We have sat on your side of the desk
Unlike many offroad centres, our enthusiasm is backed up with extensive business experience in organising corporate entertainment events. Our knowledge includes putting together events, choosing locations, setting budgets and project managing the whole process through to the day and after. This extensive experience and background informs everything we do from the first time you contact us.
Understanding your role
Whether you are looking to organise a small event for a Stag Party or Hen Weekend, through to a large event for staff or major clients, we work closely with you throughout. We will advice you and support you on all your options, from the choice of activities through to timetabling, catering, accommodation and prize giving. On the day
Our priority on the day is to make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves and participating to the best of their ability. We naturally adapt our style of instruction to reflect the learning style of each participant. This helps us to understand and respond positively to people’s fears or inhibitions, and know when to encourage boldness or move onto less difficult obstacles.
Effective Planning
From your initial call we create a detailed project plan for your event, ensuring every element of a successful activity day is checked and available, both before and on the day. Many clients now use our project plan when organising events at Xtreme Offroad. The plans are designed to help them meet deadlines for sending out invites, following them up and confirming catering etc. If you would like to receive a project plan for your event please ask us – we’d be pleased to help.
