Wide Experience Being asked to organise your company’s corporate event can be a challenging task. From agreeing a date, through to invitations and organisation on the day, you need to know you can rest assured that your event is in safe hands. At Xtreme Offroad our experience goes beyond providing exciting driving days. Many of us have previously organised events as the ‘in-house’ co-ordinator, so we understand the pressures of being asked to coordinate an event and just how to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible. A Day For Everyone Our motor activities are based on developing driving skills, not muscle or speed. Our vehicles have power steering and can be easily driven by anyone with a driving licence. Other activities will also rely on skill rather than outright strength, ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to take part. If you or any of your guests have potential mobility or disability issues please contact us. We can normally accommodate and modify our events to be as inclusive as possible. Planning Checklist We welcome the opportunity to be involved in the planning process for an event as soon as possible. We have developed a comprehensive checklist from initial booking through to post event follow-up. Many of our existing clients now use our Project Planner when planning their events. Please ask if you would like a copy. Mixing business with pleasure Some organisations wish to combine business and pleasure, providing an exciting day or afternoon of offroad driving activities after a business or planning meeting. Xtreme Offroad is an ideal location for combining your business needs with fun and relaxation. Our activities are held within the grounds of Lyncombe Lodge, a delightful 14 bedroom hotel with its own meeting rooms and restaurant and bar area where all our initial driver briefings take place. If you are looking to combine business meetings with offroad driving, or just want a relaxing meal and maybe accommodation after your day’s excitement, just let us know and we will take care of your booking. An International Event? With Bristol City Airport only 5 miles away, we often host corporate off-road driving days with attendees flying in for the day from across the UK and beyond.
