It provides an ideal way to build on the skills learnt on our tight and demanding 4x4 Trials course. The 4x4 Safari makes it’s way through a range of woodland using existing tracks and one or two challenges we’ve created to test your skills!
You will learn how to handle your vehicle on the type of terrain you can experience when offroading or ‘greenlaning’ in the British countryside. The Safari includes steep descents, ascents, and slippery side slopes where listening to instructions and trusting in the capability of your vehicle are vital.
The most challenging section of the safari includes grass-covered medieval open cast mine works where tight corners and stalled engines are guaranteed for all but the most expert drivers, even our instructors have been known to be caught out! With an instructor with you at all times, you will be able to ask advice and feel your experience and confidence grow. The instructor will provide feedback on your driving and tips on how to develop as an offroad driver.
